Welcome to Soul2Self Coaching. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or services. By accessing this website or engaging in our coaching sessions, workshops, or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Soul2Self Coaching. All content provided is for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and supportive material, nothing on this site should be taken as medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support you in reaching your personal and professional goals. However:

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

  • Results vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

  • You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and wellbeing throughout the coaching process.

3. Payments & Services

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • For programs with instalments, all payments must be completed by agreed dates.

  • Soul2Self Coaching reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time (changes will not affect already confirmed bookings).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions without notice are considered non-refundable.

  • For group programs and workshops, refunds are not offered once access or materials have been provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching (including worksheets, PDFs, recordings, and website content) are the intellectual property of Soul2Self Coaching.

  • Materials are for your personal use only.

  • You may not share, copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Soul2Self Coaching is not liable for:

  • Any decisions you make as a result of coaching or using this website.

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • Interruptions to website access or technical issues outside of our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be handled in UK courts.
