Add-On Session Terms & Conditions

(Applies to all Integration & Support Add-On sessions)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all add-on integration and support sessions booked with Soul2Self Coaching. Add-on sessions are available only to existing clients following a main session and cannot be booked as standalone services.

By booking an add-on session, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Add-On Sessions

Add-on sessions are offered as supportive integration sessions designed to help stabilise, process, and embody insights following a main session.

They provide additional nervous system support and space for reflection, but do not replace ongoing therapy, counselling, or medical care.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Add-on sessions are available only to existing clients.
     

  • Add-on sessions cannot be booked as standalone sessions.
     

  • Soul2Self Coaching reserves the right to cancel an add-on booking if a corresponding main session has not been completed.
     

 

3. Client Responsibility

By booking an add-on session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions.
     

  • Participation is voluntary, and you may pause or stop a session at any time.
     

  • Outcomes vary and no specific results are guaranteed.
     

 

4. Booking & Payment

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
     

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
     

  • Add-on sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.
     

 

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Add-On Sessions)

Add-on sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, using the link provided in your confirmation email and subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time, or non-attendance, are considered a used session and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

6. Scope of Support & Safety

If you are experiencing severe emotional or mental health distress, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

Soul2Self Coaching reserves the right to pause or discontinue an add-on session if it is assessed that the service is not appropriate for your current needs.

 

7. Governing Terms

These Add-On Session Terms operate in conjunction with the Soul2Self Coaching General Terms & Conditions, Single Session Terms, and Privacy Policy.
