1. What is Soul2Self Coaching?

Soul2Self Coaching offers integrative mindset and identity-based coaching designed to support emotional regulation, self-trust, confidence, and meaningful personal change.

Sessions focus on helping you understand and gently shift inner patterns — such as beliefs, emotional responses, and self-concept — so change feels grounded, sustainable, and embodied rather than forced.

2. How do I book a session or program?

You can book directly through the Services page on the website.
Simply choose the session or program that feels right for you, select a time, and complete your booking securely online.

If you’re unsure which option is best, you’re welcome to book a free discovery call first.

3. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not generally offered once a session, program, or workshop has begun.

However:

  • Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • In rare circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion

4. Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

Coaching focuses on present awareness, personal growth, mindset, and future-oriented change. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, coaching can be used alongside that support where appropriate.

5. Do you work internationally?

Yes. All sessions are conducted online, so we can work together wherever you are in the world.

Payments are processed in GBP (£), and international clients can usually pay via card or PayPal in their local currency.

6. Are payment plans available?

Yes. Some longer programs offer flexible payment options through trusted third-party providers such as PayPal, Klarna, or Clearpay (where available).

7. What can I expect from a coaching session?

Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you.

Depending on the session you choose, we may work with:

  • Mindset exploration and belief reframing

  • Emotional awareness and integration

  • Nervous system–informed regulation techniques

  • Embodiment and self-trust practices

  • Guided inner reflection or visualisation

  • Gentle integration tools to support you between sessions

Sessions move at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and manageable for you.
