1. Nature of the Soul Recode Program

Soul Recode is a 12-week integrative mindset and personal development program designed to support deep self-awareness, emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and identity-level change over time.

The program is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment, and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

 

2. Program Structure & Delivery

Soul Recode may include:

• 1:1 coaching or facilitation sessions
   

• Ongoing WhatsApp support during the program period
   

• Pre-recorded and/or live audios (including meditations, subliminals, activations, and inner child work)
   

• Reflective exercises, embodiment practices, and integration prompts
   

The specific structure and inclusions of the program are outlined at the point of enrolment.

 

3. Commitment & Participation

Soul Recode is a transformational container that requires active participation and personal responsibility.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• The program unfolds over a fixed 12-week period
   

• Transformation is a process, not a guarantee or outcome that can be promised
   

• Engagement, honesty, and self-reflection support deeper change
   

• You may experience emotional insight or shifts, which are a normal part of integrative personal development work
   

 

4. WhatsApp Support Guidelines

WhatsApp support is offered as ongoing, relational support, not as crisis or emergency care.

• Support is available only during the active 12-week program period
   

• Messages are responded to within reasonable working hours
   

• WhatsApp is not monitored continuously and must not be used for urgent mental health concerns
   

• Soul2Self Coaching reserves the right to pause, redirect, or set boundaries around communication if needed
   

 

5. Audio Content & Deep Work Disclaimer

Audio content provided within Soul Recode (including meditations, subliminals, activations, and inner child work):

• Is intended for personal development and self-exploration purposes only
   

• Does not replace professional mental health, medical, or therapeutic support
   

• Should not be used while driving, operating machinery, or in situations requiring full attention
   

• May evoke emotional responses; participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace and stop if overwhelmed
   

If you have a history of severe mental health conditions, dissociation, or trauma, you are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating in deep audio or subconscious work.

 

6. Client Responsibility

By enrolling in Soul Recode, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions
   

• Participation is voluntary, and you may pause or discontinue practices at any time
   

• No specific outcomes, results, or transformations are guaranteed
   

• Soul2Self Coaching supports your process but does not control outcomes
   

 

7. Payment, Refunds & Program Duration

• Full payment or an agreed payment plan is required prior to program commencement
   

• Once access to the program has been granted, the program is non-refundable
   

• Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable
   

• The 12-week program duration is fixed and cannot be paused or extended unless explicitly agreed in writing
   

 

8. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All Soul Recode materials, including:

• audio recordings
   

• meditations, subliminals, and activations
   

• written content, frameworks, and exercises
   

remain the intellectual property of Soul2Self Coaching.

You agree that program materials:

• are for personal use only
   

• may not be copied, shared, forwarded, reproduced, resold, or distributed
   

• may not be uploaded to third-party platforms or shared with others
   

Unauthorised use or distribution may result in removal from the program without refund.

 

9. Scope of Support & Right to Discontinue

If it is assessed at any point that participation in Soul Recode is not appropriate for a client’s current needs, Soul2Self Coaching reserves the right to pause or discontinue the program and recommend alternative professional support.

This decision is made in the interest of client wellbeing and program integrity.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Soul2Self Coaching is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in the Soul Recode program. All services are provided for personal development purposes only.

 

11. Governing Terms

These Terms operate in conjunction with the Soul2Self Coaching General Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional program-specific information provided at enrolment.
